The cakes are delicious, but the carrot is awful. Mine was dry & crumbly instead of the nice moist cakes this company normally serves. I was shocked. I should have returned it, but I just tossed it out. Now this used to be very cakeâ¦.I donât know what happened. The last 2 times I got carrot it was dry. I wonât order that again. What happened? It has the texture of cornbread and sticks in your throat. I canât say enough about it. Go back to the drawing board.
