How To Make A Keto Pie With Peanut Butter
Start by beating together your cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar free powdered sugar, until fluffy. Next, in a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until thick. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until stiff peaks form.
Now, gently fold through the cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours, to allow it to firm up.
Once the peanut butter filling has been chilled for 2 hours, make the chocolate ganache. Microwave or heat on the stove the heavy cream, until warm. Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate and let sit in the warm cream for 2 minutes, to melt. Whisk together until thick and smooth. Gently pour the ganache on top of the pie. Sprinkle the sides of it with the chopped peanuts. Chill the pie for at least 6 hours or overnight, before slicing.

The Peanut Butter Step
I like to use Laura Scudders All Natural Peanut for ALL my peanut butter recipes. The oil separation lends to a lovely texture when left at room temperature.
In a separate clean bowl place the softened cream cheese and the sweetener. Using the hand mixer cream together the cream cheese and Allulose. Add in the room temperature peanut butter and melted butter.
Continue to blend the peanut butter and cream cheese mixture with the hand mixer until fully blended into a beautiful nutty mixture.

How Many Portions Are Your Meals
All of our meals are single serving, whether it be a medium or large portion. The medium meals are portioned to be 4 oz of protein and our large meals are 6 oz of protein. Some meals such as the egg bakes and oatmeal have slightly different portioning amounts.
Our pack sizes range depending on your needs. The 5 pack is perfect if you need just 1 meal per day between Monday-Friday. The 10 pack is great for 2 meals per day during your workweek. The 15 pack, our most popular, is the complete set of 3 meals per day. The 20 pack is great for couples looking to eat healthy together. This gives each person 10 meals each for the week!
The What Youve Been Craving Keto Peanut Butter Pie
Seriously. Iâve found Nirvana, and I think you will too.
This makes 12 pieces/servings.
3/4 cup Peter Pan Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
For the pie filling.
1. Toast the almond flour. Full confession, I often start toasting and forget about the flour, and it gets a bit scorched. Itâs still better tasting than untoasted almond flour! So do it! If youâre like me and easily distracted, then stand right by the pan as it toasts â it takes about 5-7 minutes on low heat.
2. Melt 1/2 cup of butter. I use a microwave.
3. Add the toasted almond flower, the butter, the sugar substitute and the spices Mix in bowl. Should be a bit wet.
4. Pour into pie plate. Work the crust dough with your hands so it covers the bottom of the plate as well as the sides. Now stick it into your freezer for about an hour so it can set.
5. Pull out the cream cheese so it can soften.
6. Once the hour is up, pull the pie crust from the freezer, and start making the filling. I use a pottery pie plate, so I donât want to put a frozen plate directly into the pre-heated oven.
7. Pre-heat oven to 325.
8. Brown the butter. You can skip this step and still have an amazing pie, but for that little touch of decadence, brown the butter. Let the brown butter cool for a little bit in a bowl separate from the pan you cooked it in.
10. Pour filling into crust.
12. Refrigerate any leftovers.
