    The great thing about Lakantos monkfruit sweetener is that its the same texture as regular old sugar, it dissolves easily in baked goods, and its a 1:1 sugar substitute, so you can use it cup-for-cup.

    That means if a regular recipe calls for a cup of sugar, you can use a cup of Lakantos monkfruit sweetener.

    Not only that, but monkfruit sweetener doesnt leave an aftertaste like a lot of other artificial sweeteners do.

    Splenda granulated sweetener is another cup-for-cup sweetener option as well.

    So I took this sour cream banana bread recipe and tweaked it to be sugar free!

    Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 7.5-inch loaf tin with baking paper. Set aside.

    Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the soft bananas, eggs, and melted coconut oil. Beat together with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
