In detecting breeds, they are considered ranges instead of absolute values. These breeds are listed on your certificate as levels. For starters, Level S recognizes a single breed match, which means there is only 1 breed present in the dogs DNA. This is not a common level unless the dogs parent or both parents were purebred or had 50% or more of this breed in their DNA.
Next is Level 1, which recognises a majority of one breed present in the dogs DNA. Usually, a highly mixed breed dog will not have a breed in this category.
