I have and always will be extremely picky about the products I use in my hair. As per my Italian roots, I have a lot of it, but its quite fine, so it can be easily overpowered by product and appear greasy. It also tends to be on the dryer side because of how much I sweat and wash my hair . Therefore, I need a shampoo and conditioner that are super hydrating, without being too heavy. I have tried everything from Alterna Caviar to Living Proof Restore and have spared no expense in the process. The Super Healthy Hair TM Moisturising Shampoo + Conditioner are right on par with some of the top haircare products I have tried and are less than half the price. I may test out Beauty Pies Daily Weightless version of the Shampoo and Conditioner, next, just for comparison, but will probably never buy branded luxury haircare again.

An Honest Beauty Pie Review
Before I jump into my Beauty Pie review, I will preface this by saying that I am VERY particular about my makeup, skincare and haircare and have never been one for subscription beauty boxes or off-brand samples.

The really, really good bits! What you might be surprised by when receiving your first Beauty Pie box is how crazy light it is. A ton of luxury skincare uses somewhat sneaky marketing tricks to make you feel like a skincare products more expensive i.e. they make the product heavier so you feel like its worth more, they add a pretty lid or make the packaging look like a work of art.
Beauty Pie says no we will not weight our packaging.
Beauty Pie also says yes we will use recyclable packaging, yes we will use plant-based inks and yes we will make our products as ecological as possible.
While these arent benefits for your skin, theyre definitely feel good benefits for making your heart sing. Bonus.
B Pro Eyeshadow Palette:
Im a firm believer that you can usually tell a lot about a brand by trying their eyeshadow. In this case, the palette itself is well-made and has a nice size and weight. Theres plenty of each color to last awhile.
However, pigment was pretty light compared to eyeshadow by Bare Minerals, Christian Dior and even some drugstore lines.
Now, before you say but Beauty Pie isnt like those lines hold on a second.
They clearly refer to their products as luxury skin care and makeup. So, I feel its fair to compare them to other luxury lines and in the case of this eyeshadow palette, its not keeping up.
Verdict: Pass
