I enjoyed Berry Pumpkin Strudel and thought it was pretty similar to Blueberry Pumpkin Patch if not identical. I wouldnt be surprised if Bath & Body Works simply just changed the scent name this year.

Would I purchase it again? Probably. I just hope my next candle has decent wicks. Its always a gamble when purchasing this brand.

Before the season officially begins, Bath & Body Works always gives us a taste of what’s to come, and that’s exactly what they did in August. But now that the new season is officially here, the brand has released all of its new fall goodies to get us in the spirit of apple pie and pumpkin spice. The new assortment of hand soaps, body creams, shower gels, and of course, candles, come in five fan-favorite scents. “Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin,” “Pumpkin Pecan Waffles” , “Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte,” “Pumpkin Cupcake,” and “Pumpkin Apple” are all making a triumphant return and that’s just the beginning. The brand also introduced four new scents as part of its second drop: “Sweet Kettle Corn,” “Spiced Cranberry Toffee,” “Fall Festival,” and “Mountain Teakwood.”

Along with the scented products, Bath & Body Works launched its Thanksgiving collection, too, which features festive items like a leaf-shaped Wallflower Plug that has the word “Thankful” on it, a pumpkin-shaped candle holder, and a Wallflower Plug in the shape of a turkey.

Bath & Body Works Just Released Its 2019 Fall Fragrances

We know its early to be thinking about fall, but flannel, campfires, and trick-or-treating are good enough reasons to prep your home for the upcoming season. Luckily, Bath & Body Works is on the same page. The popular retailer just stocked its inventory with new fall scents, including candles, hand soaps, room sprays, and a new Halloween collection. We already know where our next paycheck is headed!

The 2019 lineup is impressive, to say the least. Cinnamon Irish Cream candles will remind you of your favorite hot drink, and reviewers are comparing Warm Apple Pie to Bath & Body Works’ other popular candle, Blueberry Pie, saying both candles will make your home smell like there’s a real pie in the oven. Salted Butterscotch got mixed reviews with some customers claiming the scent is too strong, but others love it.

Along with the 2019 newcomers, seasonal classics are back in stock. After a successful 2018 fall candle season, Bath & Body Works brought back favorite scents in three-wick, single-wick, and Wallflower refill options. How Did My Candle Burn

This candle burned perfect until it reached the halfway mark. Once it did, two wicks fizzled out and it was an uphill battle to fix it from then on out. This is a classic issue with this brand and super annoying. With some work, I was able to right the wicks by removing wax from around each wick that was having issues but it took several days and I sometimes wonder if its worth it.

First Impression Of Berry Pumpkin Strudel:

Berry Pumpkin Strudel is a new fall scent this year from Bath & Body Works and one I was looking forward to burning. It sort of reminded me of Blueberry Pumpkin Patch, a scent I reviewed a year or two ago but since this candle had a different name and scent description, I decided to give it a go and review it anyway.

Here is the scent description for Berry Pumpkin Strudel:

Sweet Blueberry, baked apple, blackberry, pumpkin spice, puffy pastry.

Yummy!! Before I delve into the scent, let me first tell you how darling this candle was with its bright blue wax and cute whimsical label. The lid was my favorite part. It was copper/bronze color metal lid with a huge fall pumpkin embossed into the lid. SO COOL!!!!

Time to find out how this candle performs!

I lit this candle in my master bedroom where it stayed from beginning to end. Once lit, it didnt take long to start noticing the fragrance and oh my goodness my bedroom was filled with blueberries, apple pie and spice. I wasnt quite sure about the pumpkin or pastry puff but everything else was definitely present. The overall scent was warm and cozy, and perfect for fall. Up close, I smelled apple pie, cinnamon with a hint of blueberries. It was nice.

Strength on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this candle a 10 in a large room. It was strong and definitely a room filler. This candle fragranced my entire bedroom, large open bathroom and the fragrance even spilled into my great room. Loved the strength!!
