How To Make Delectable Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Cake
This layered chocolate-vanilla ice cream cake is a bittersweet treat. Think of it as a customized Baskin Robbins birthday cake from your favorite ice cream store. Serve this to your loved ones for their special day to make it more memorable!

Prepare the cake according to the packages instructions.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Allow the cake to cool properly.
Remove the ice cream from a rectangular carton and cut the ice cream in half using a long string. This will ensure that the ice cream is cut straight.
Place the two blocks of ice cream that were cut side by side on waxed paper.
Place the cake over the ice cream and trim the edges.
Place a board over the cake and while holding onto the waxed paper, flip the ice cream cake over, in which the cake will be at the bottom and the ice cream on top.
Remove the waxed paper and smooth out the cake.
Cover with waxed paper and freeze until firm.
To add frosting, mix a quart of vanilla ice cream in your mixer until it is smooth.
Apply frosting to the cake and put the cake back in the freezer until frozen again.

At Baskin Robbins, where I used to work, I learned to make Baskin Robbins Jamoca Almond Fudge Ice Cream Pie. It was my second job ever and extremely difficult. I had to be around 31 flavors of ice cream all day. I had to make ice cream cakes and fresh waffle cones. When it was slow I restocked candy toppings and made whipped cream. I took one for the team by sampling every flavor of ice cream, just so I could adequately describe the flavors and give an educated opinion. It was a tough job, but someone had to do it.
But do you know what the worst part was? Jamoca Almond Fudge Ice Cream. It wielded incredible power over me, so much so that I could rarely pass the dipper well without a little taste tester. It haunted me. It even begged me to be put inside a cappuccino blast. It was incredible pressure, and now, 18 years later, I am still making Jamoca Almond Fudge Ice Cream Pie as my personal dessert of choice.
Clearly you sense my sarcasm, right? This is the best ice cream pie ever because it combines chocolate, coffee, and almonds. Are there 3 other ingredients in this world more perfectly suited for each other? I think not. God knew what He was doing on day 3 of creation!

Same selections across all locations but what makes a location stand out will have to be the services!! We greeted by these friendly and cheerful young girls who smile shine behind their masks. They were so patient with my indecisive daughter, very attentive to all of us. These young girls set the bar high in the retail industry. We will revisit whenever we crave for cold treats and plan to order ice-cream cake for our upcoming events.
I’ve gotten two ice cream cakes from here and they were really sweet because chocolate and ice cream, so basically what you would completely expect from an ice cream cake. Never had real issue with the staff as I basically ordered and paid and left so I can’t comment on that. An ice cream cake in general isn’t cheap so don’t expect it to be cheap because it’s basically a round ice cream.

This year, I showed the lady in charge a design from a website and see if she can replicate.
