Your product is very good but this store is terrible when it comes to Customer Service.I drive to the Sugar Land location they are much more helpful and do not have the better than thou attitude. I will drive all the way to Sugar…Land just to get my cakes.I ordered a Red Velvet bundt cake for my granddaughter and it was Strawberry….The lady disagreed with me that it was not strawberry but I had 21 people that said it was . I was just calling to alert her and she was very nasty with me. I did NOT call to get something free… I was just letting her know that it was not red velvet.You are not a friendly store and for that reason I will make the drive to Sugar Land.More
As I was in here the other day buying my cake. I asked if they could do the less frosting option. The cashier said yes. When they went to the back to put in the order, some lady with a stern face and voice came…out telling the cashier other-wise in front of the customers. After seeing this, I told them that it’s not a big deal, and that it’s ok. I will take a regular frosting cake. Cake itself was good. Sometimes, we find the frosting a bit too much. You really need to be in the mood for this type of sweet for you to get it all the time. I was getting it for the wife, so it was ok.More
