Nothing Bundt Cakes Tallahassee Store Now Open
Bundt is king at Nothing Bundt Cakes.
The bakery franchise has opened its first Tallahassee location, 346 Magnolia Drive, near restaurants like Mission BBQ and Blaze Pizza.
The best thing about our cakes is that we make them with fresh ingredients. They are crowned with our signature frosting, said Marty Newman, owner of the Tallahassee location. “We are definitely focused on our customers. We want them to have that wow experience.”
The closest Bundt Cakes bakery is in Jacksonville and another is planned for Pensacola.
Customers can choose from 40 decorations for nearly all occasions. Cakes are dressed in mini birthday hats, tiny sentiment flags and a floral centerpiece.
Choose from 10 flavors: red velvet, chocolate chocolate chip, lemon, marble, pecan praline, carrot, white chocolate, cinnamon swirl, white white chocolate raspberry and a featured flavor, such as mocha for the month of March. The bakery also offers bite-size “bundtinis” and tiered bundt bundles.

“In 1997, founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends and family. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more.”

Growing up, Liz Rowan fondly remembers time spent with her mom baking butter spritz cookies, but nowadays she has traded her cookie sheet for a Bundt panactually 100-plus Bundt pans.
As the owner of Nothing Bundt Cakes Strongsville, along with her husband, Rich, Liz oversees a team of bakers and frosters who meticulously create delectable Bundt Cakes in variety of sizes and flavors.

There are nine cake flavors to choose from, along with one seasonal Featured Flavor, which currently is Lemon Raspberry, and is available through July 31st. Among the most popular flavors are Chocolate Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Red Velvet.
While the recipe is proprietary, Liz reveals three ingredientsfresh eggs, butter, and cream cheese. For a lighter touch, drizzle frosting is available. With our cakes, you wont take a bite and have the frosting overwhelm the cake like you do when you eat a cupcake, she says.
The bakery can print company logos and put them on a decorative card when decorating the cakes.

The First In The High Desert
Nothing Bundt Cakes recently celebrated its grand opening and ribbon cutting with the Victorville Chamber of Commerce. Franchise owner Esther Cuellar oversees her second Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery and the first in the High Desert.
Because the location is everything, Esther and her partners, Cindy Hak-Ork and Susanne Eberly, knew the Dunia Plaza location would work once OKd by the franchiser because it was ready to serve the entire Victor Valley as well as Barstow and beyond. It is the ultimate in a commuter-friendly location.
