Fun place to work with fun employees. Hard to not get caught up in drama, watch your back. Management is different wherever you go but its good to be on their good side. One of those places with standards and guidelines- you will end up doing most of the same things/activities every day.
The people there are awful and love to cause drama. They would rather bully new people than help them learn their position. They love to gossip and eat in the back with no gloves on while handling cooked food for guests. Oh, they also don’t wear hair nets, and their hot water doesn’t work!
They don’t give raises. The pay is very little even though you work so much and have no break. No benefits. Good place if you always need off, and staff is amazing and very kind. Turn over rate is high!! If your ready to wash dishes you will stand there for hours scrubbing the same pans over and over and over again. Also if you ask for 40 hours you won’t get it.
