“Went in to get a photo printed for a cake. Was told there is no one working that knows how to do it besides the owner and another employee. The other employee was off and the employee working said the owner may come in or may not I’m not sure??? As a business owner myself it’s very disappointing the lack of duplication and training this establishment has. I’ve been a customer for years. If this is a service your business provides then there needs to be a trained staff member who can provide that service at all times. Products here are great. Customer service and training of employees not so much.”

Cake Decorating Level 1 Certificate
The Cake Decorating Level 1 Certificate provides an introduction to cake frosting foundation and technique, cake assembly techniques and concepts of cake decorating including production of decorated cakes using a variety of basic, intermediate, and advanced piping techniques. Students will learn required skills, concepts, and techniques for preparing wedding cakes, including advanced skills in using marzipan, modeling chocolate, rolled fondant, gum paste flower making, and royal icing piping work.
